Design & Professional Coordination

Black Harbor BD Ventures may coordinate the interior scope while a qualified interior designer, architect, or other licensed professional performs services requiring their professional credentials.

If the client already has an interior-design or architectural team, we coordinate with that team rather than replacing it. Professional responsibility remains with the appropriately retained professional.

01

Unified Interior Language

Materials and furnishings are selected as part of a single, cohesive architectural narrative rather than isolated finishes.
